Here as per the business plan and policy you understood, by investing plot fund as per the tenure, you will be able to generate Property Wallet Fund. When this fund gets accumulated up to minimum Rs. 3 lakh, you will be able to use this property wallet fund for purchasing property from the land bank of tie up properties as per availability.

Following terms need to be understand.

  1. You can select the tenure plan as per your Investment availability as per given options.
  2. You will have an option to withdraw your Principal Investment amount every time after 10 days if you want. The amount will transfer to your bank account within next 24 to 72 working hours with deduction of 5% TDS & Admin Charges. Then after you can re deposit the amount to get benefit of Property Fund withing maximum 10 days.
  3. In case of no re deposition within 10 days, the deal considered as closed. Here in this case your accumulated Property Fund will never withdraw. Only you can purchase the property of same amount if it is there.
  4. In case you don’t want to withdraw, same principal amount will be top up till your minimum 3 lakh Property Fund generates.
  5. On maturity of selected plan, principal amount will return in your account within 48 to 72 working hours with deduction of 5% TDS & Admin Charges.
  6. Once accumulated fund crossed minimum 3 lakhs, company will take party to the sight and will give choice to select property from existing land bank of company’s tie up properties.
  7. The final price of property will be considered at the time of purchasing only, not at the time of booking. In the case where an accumulated fund found lesser than the price of property, you can add the short amount or you can have opportunity to generate more fund also.
